After I complain the platform, they do not answer my phone anymore.
Slippage is stucked that cannot placed. The transaction on May 16, order at 0.17, takes an hour to place the order. The platform said it would only compensate $500. Now after the complaint, they simply does not answer the phone and does not care about me.
