Unable to withdraw

I placed an order for withdrawal on June 23, 2021. I haven't received it in 10 days. I sent a text message to ask. The exchange reported the transfer and gave me the ARN code. I went to the bank to check and couldn't provide me with this code. I asked the exchange for a receipt.
