Is MIEX legit? What can I do if the withdrawal is unavailable?

In the end of this March, I was pulled into a QQ group, in which teachers gave analysis on market. I followed the guidance and made some profits. Then the teacher advised us to make diversified investment, suggesting that we trade commodities. He guaranteed that as long as we followed his guidance strictly, there would be a monthly above 90% income. Members all responded warmly and got registered. Albeit unfamiliar with it, I was motivated. I deposited 800 thousand to join in. At first, there was 1 to 2 thousand income. I thought the luck is coming. Later, he told me to transfer all fund to T+0 platform since the momentum is good. After I did so, the teacher began giving adverse recommendation, causing all my money gone. The teacher shirked the onus on the broker, claiming to take to recover losses and asking me to add fund. I deposited the only 20 thousand. But the withdrawal is yet to arrive, and the service kept hold off time.

今年3月底，被一个女孩加微信，随后被拉进一个QQ群，群里有老师讲解大盘，分析大盘走势，每天早上还会有早评收评发到群里，偶尔还会推荐一两只股票给到我们，我也跟着买了一两次，总体来说都小赚一点。后来老师就在群里说，现在讲究分散投资，股市行情不好又只能做单方向，单一的做股票很容易亏钱。　　说建议我们把股市里面的资金拿出一部分来跟着他做大宗商品做对冲，大宗商品交易灵活，而且收益很高，这样无论大盘涨跌都能稳定的获利，还说只要跟着他做，严格执行他的操作，每个月的收益最少都在90%以上。当时群里纷纷响应，都说要跟着老师做黄金，很多人都去开通了账户。　　我因为没有接触过这个MIEX · 米汇，所以想着先看看再说，后来群里盈利截图漫天飞，好多人都在那里说跟着老师赚了多少多少。在这样的氛围带动下我也鬼使神差的开通了MIEX · 米汇的账户，并且把股市里面的资金拿出了80万转到了这个平台跟着老师做MIEX · 米汇。　　刚开始的两天，跟着老师操作，每天都有一两千的收入，我还美滋滋的以为自己今年转运了，遇到贵人了，照这样的形势下去马上都能发家致富。后来，老师给我说现在形势好，让我把股市里面的资金全部转到这个信德T+0台，趁着旺势，打捞一笔，等股市起来的时候，在带着我把资金转到股市继续赚钱。　　尝到甜头的我又一次听信了他的鬼话，把股市里面的125万全部转入了MIEX · 米汇，一心的想跟着他发家致富，没想到，就在我把资金转入进来之后的几天，每次跟着老师操作都是亏损，每次老师的喊单都是反的，尤其是最后一次操作，每天都看到跟着老师重仓买入的单子在跌，而老师一直自信满满的让我继续持有，后来就全部亏完了。　　我去找老师对质，老师却说这是庄家的错，说是庄家恶意杀散才导致了这次亏损，还说让我加大资金，下一次他绝对能带我赚回来，在我拒绝他以后就被他踢出了群。我隐隐觉得不对劲，就想着把账户里仅剩的2万块钱提出去，在我提交了申请之后，资金却迟迟不到账，去找客服询问，客服也一直在以各种理由推脱我。
