KVB PRIME changes the inventory fee at will with bad attitude

KVB PRIME charged 200 USD a day per slot for inventory fee, which was 10 times higher than normal. When I reported this to the staff, they replied with terrible attitude. They began with denying, followed by straight up cursing. Their bad attitude reflected the terrible nature of this platform. Moreover, their staff kept switching between saying that KVB PRIME and KVB were the same broker and that they were not. They didn’t show full comprehension of their identity and were misleading customers. I highly suspect the safety of this platform.
