In early October I was pulled into a stock-exchange wechat group. Someone in said group was introducing stock relevant knowledge and recommending stocks. After some time of learning and investment, a teacher shared with everyone the current trends of the stock market. I thought it wouldn’t cost me to listen to the advice. After several days of observation, the stocks recommended by the teacher all increased decently, so I invested in some and benefited.
A few days later, the teacher told us that in the near future benefiting from the stock market will be hard and suggested we withdraw and invest in BISON. It was said to be a T+0 trade, which would be easy to benefit from. Then the assistant teacher added BISON customer service into the group chat and asked everyone to start up an account. Seeing that everyone in the group invested, I followed with 100K RMB.
The teacher disbanded the old chat group and rebuilt three different instruction groups according to invested capital, one group for 100k to 200k, one for 200k to 500k, and another for 500k+. In the beginning there were losses and benefits, but it was beneficial overall. Then the teacher told me that something big is coming and I should invest more, so that I could expand my profit and risk resistance. Considering my recent profits and screenshots of profits in the chat group, I added my investment to 50k USD on the second day.
In less than two days, continuous mistakes cost significant loss in my account, leaving me with a couple thousand dollars. I found some maneuvers illogical, like refusing to quit when the market was ominous, and the deposit was heavy. I was saddened by my losses, so I tried communicating with my teacher, but the teacher threw all the responsibilities to me, like not following his instructions decisively and investing too little to control the risks. He suggested that I can double my investment as long as I invest more, but I have no abundant capital.
