My one-star rating on taotrade is mainly for their customer service staff. Not only are these people unprofessional in Forex, but their service attitude is also very annoying. I really don't know why this company hires these terrible people, it's a self-destruction of their own reputation. I'm considering changing the company.

TaoTrade is a very ***** company. I was on a business trip to Hong Kong before, and during that time I couldn't open my account because they said they don't provide services there. I kept explaining that I was just on a business trip and that my usual place of residence was not there, but they ignored me.
