The account freeze process: I could trade normally on the morning of April 30th, but inexplicably couldn't log in to MT4 that afternoon. That afternoon, I contacted customer service online to inquire about the reason. Customer service said I didn't have permission and asked me to leave my contact information so an account manager could contact me. As of today, May 25th, no one has contacted me to resolve the issue.
