Based on a group recommendation I started trading in FXTM from my Trust Wallet at fxtms.org which had the logo of FXTM (see pict below). I did some diligence and saw FXTM was legit and regulated. So I did some trading with small money and had some success, and was able to withdraw my funds. I than added $22,000. After some trading (ups and downs), I was able to get my account to $67.000. I than tried to withdraw about $30,000 and I received an email asking me to upgrade to a premium account before they release my withdraw. Of course this upgrade requires me to pay a $13,000 fee which I did not do. Never was this explain to me till I attempted to get my money back. Basically a bait and switch and they are holding my money hostage for the fee. If someone can advise me on getting it back that will be appreciated. I think this was a SCAM - from the group to platform used. I will add a copy of the people and there pictures on the group as well.

Very good in spreads, leverage, and other aspects but it is not very intuitive, difficult to access for trading, and the methods for withdrawals are not very practical, with too much delay in customer service.

The trading clearly charges spreads, commissions, fees and other expenses. Lower costs can directly enhance investors' potential returns.

When trying to withdraw to a local bank, a message pops up saying to make a deposit first. Local bank deposits have been blocked since when? I don't understand why they say there is no record of a deposit. Even though it is clearly shown in the transaction history. Anyway, I received confirmation that the deposit confirmation and other documents have been processed. Even though it has been confirmed, the messages continue to appear. If you want to withdraw in coins, it says to use the local bank initially entered. I sent the deposit confirmation and error message asking for confirmation, but it continues to not work even though it says it has been processed. This clearly seems to be a withdrawal delay. If possible, I think I need to sort out the remaining accounts as well.

I often can't log into my account, it says the username or password is incorrect, but they are not. I even changed my password via SMS, but still couldn't log in. I added a manager from the official website on WeChat, we chatted briefly and then they stopped replying; further inquiries were also ignored. Previously, I had several accounts under this login, but when I tried to access them six months later, all accounts had disappeared even though the username and password were correct. Recently, I couldn't log in at all with these credentials. Accessing their official website is very unstable, sometimes I can't get through at all. Even if there is money in your account, you can't log in, you have no way to withdraw it.

I deposited through cryptocurrency but did not receive the funds in my account, and customer service did not respond.

This broker provides low spread and good charting options for newbie traders. Especially in news time i figured out to have normal rates in candles. I would prefer to keep working for it.

MyFXTM ID: 64662843A total of USD13400 was stolen & fee USD402 inactive fee was charged from my FXTM account on 27.06.2024.The withdrawal was processed under very suspicious activity for the reasons below,1. The password was changed on 27 June, 7:54 pm MYT and a withdrawn was processed 3 minutes after without confirmation.2. The withdrawal was requested to a different address and method from previous deposit/withdrawal (TRX as suppose to USDT).3. The hefty inactive fee could have been easily avoided by trading in small volumes (0.01 lots)I have contact FXTM right after the incident, they have just replied refusing to bear responsibility,QUOTEUpon investigation, we have determined that these breaches were not the result of any internal breach within our company. It appears that compromised client credentials, potentially through sharing login details with third parties or insufficient safeguarding of credentials, have contributed to these incidents and unauthorized withdrawals.According to section 32 of the Client Agreement, clients are obligated to notify us immediately if they know or suspect that their Access Data has or may have been disclosed to any third person, clients agree to co-operate with any investigation FXTM may conduct into any misuse of their Access Data.As such, we want to emphasize the following points regarding your account security and our response to this incident:Liability Clarification: The company does not bear responsibility for losses resulting from unauthorized access due to compromised credentials. Clients are solely accountable for the security and confidentiality of their login detailsEND QUOTEFirstly, I would like to point out that FXTM's ticket has been directed to my old email despite having changed my email address - FXTM's security system is far from satisfactory.Furthermore, FXTM claims that the breach was due to my compromised credential without proof that it is not a security breach or inside job from FXTM's side. I have never shared my FXTM/email credentials with anyone nor is it accessible to anyone but myself.In all of FXTM's online review responses, "Always remember that FXTM is on your side" is mentioned. I expect to be fully compensated and that FXTM does not push the blame to the client's side.I will be escalating the issue to the Financial Services Commission - Mauritius.This money is life changing to me, I did not expect such a large brokerage to have such poor security measure and refuse to take responsibility for it. I advise anyone who cares about their funds to not deposit funds under such terrible security measures.

FXTM has been pretty good with its low deposit requirement and a wide range of markets. Using MT4 and MT5 feels smooth. Support is there when you need it but sometimes isn't as quick as I'd hope. Overall, FXTM works well.
