As of 6 October 2026, I have not received my USD 660 withdrawal, approved on 23 September at 07:06. FxPro’s transaction history labels it “Offline” and shows GBP 496.28 deducted from my Wallet, converted at 1.329890 to USD 660. Three later withdrawals have arrived. Despite repeated contact, support has not provided the destination, proof of payment or a tracing reference. They say the matter has been escalated and promised an email update today. I want FxPro to trace the payment, explain where it was sent and resolve the missing funds. I will update this report when I receive an explanation or payment.

cannot withdraw much, reason is they said if you want to withdraw you must deposit first using funds, after depositing cannot withdraw again, withdrawal requirements, must deposit again, don't want to trade here your money won't come back

About the custom trading app

It's a nice one, and honestly it’s better than I expected. Good interface, clean design and managing accounts and transfers from the app is possible. and what i liked the most, it's powered by Tradingview charts

Still evaluating after 6 months...

FxPro cTrader runs stable... TradingView connection handles Pine Script without delay. Charts responsive but mobile app needs some polish...

Their spreads on majors looked pretty normal, yeah, they’re not the lowest in the market. But overall trading experience felt decent. I liked how easy it was to adapt to a mobile app. I’m currently trading cryptocurrencies because BTC started recovering from the $57 k level. It’s time to keep eyes on these assets.

they used to have ctrader on this list as first one, but now they promo the Tradingview itself (idk, never tried it directly), and their own platform too. I wonder what that means? I dont get it, they used to mostly cfocus on ctrader and MT5. Hopefully they dont lose direction, and dont support too many platforms at once. I am firmly a believer that too much of a good thing = bad thing. Dont lose your focus pls. I like mt5 over all this.

Very underrated platform

When it comes to costs, I was super impressed with what ctrader offers. you can expect way lower spreads than average for fx majors and other popular pairs. Only negative is that despite the manual, im finding it a bit hard to navigate in this platform, seems a little over advanced.

What I liked here, is a choice

I could basically trade all CFD markets on the most popular platform, such as metatrader, ctrader, or tradingview. I tried everything until I found what I’m comfortable with the most.

There is a misunderstanding, especially among new traders, that pros are trading on some advanced account and that’s their secret. The reality is that many (manual) traders are using just a standard account. Just like the standard acc at fxpro where the spreads are solid and costs are eating the profit.

faq over support

their support is pretty fast ngl. but i found the info even faster in faq. they prolly have one of the biggest faq sections. if you aint lazy then you can pretty much find anything.

A very excellent broker and deserves 10 stars from the rating. I have had an IB link with them for more than 5 months and I am paid regularly and with complete smoothness in withdrawal and deposit, especially since they provide the service to some blocked countries due to sanctions, such as Syria. Spreads and types of accounts are very excellent In addition, their customer service is among the fastest and best in the world.
