How to Open an Enlighten Account？
Enlighten offers two types of accounts: individual accounts and company accounts, different documents are required to be provided for different account types. Investors need to bring account opening documents to Enlighten Securities/Futures Limited in person for the procedure.
Documents required to open an Individual/Joint Account:
1. A copy of all account holders' Hong Kong Identity Card or passport;
2. Proof of address: a copy of a bank statement or utility service slip (with the customer's name and address)
Documents required to open a Corporate Account:
A copy of the Board of Resolution to open and operate the Company's account;
2. Certified copy (CI) of company registration;
3. Certified copy (BR) of Business Registration Certificate;
4. Certified copy of the company's organization and articles of association (M&A);
5. Copies of Hong Kong Identity Cards or passports of all authorised agents, directors and substantial stakeholders in their own accounts;
6. Certified copies of the client's register of directors and shareholders;
7. Certified copy of the latest audit report and balance sheet not older than 2 months.
8. Certificate of Incumbency.
