IFS market

A major issue I had was with their customer support. I had some questions and concerns about my account, but found the customer service representatives to be unprofessional and unhelpful. It felt like they didn't really care about my concerns and were just trying to rush me off the phone.

On the plus side, they do offer a decent range of trading instruments, so that's cool. However, on the negative side, I found their website and trading platform to be somewhat outdated and clunky to use. It took me a while to figure out how to execute trades and navigate the platform in general. Furthermore, I was also disappointed with the limited payment methods available on the platform. I would have liked to have seen more options for funding and withdrawing from my account.
