Established in 2013, VIBHS Financial Ltd is a London based forex broker regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA 613381). VIBHS provides Forex, CFD trading and related services to retail and institutional customers across the world. Through partnerships it is also able to offer equity and algorithmic trading.

Office

The inspection team came to Token House, 11-12 Tokenhouse Yard, London, EC2R 7AS, United Kingdom. Token House, a stunning Grade 2 listed building, is superbly situated only minutes from Bank Underground Station in the heart of the City of London. The team came to the building and was welcomed by the CEO Angus. He is a native British and invited the team to visit the office. He also took a photo with a member of the inspection team.

The inspection team found the name of VIBHS on the signpost inside the building.

Token House was built in 1871 and was originally the headquarters of the merchant bank Frederick Huth & Co. It is exquisite and explains the features of British style. It is said that a queen of the United Kingdom once lived there. VIBHS sets no large logos inside the building to avoid being imitated by clone firms.
