In this issue, the field inspection team went to Hong Kong, China as planned to conduct an on-site visit to the forex broker BANDS. According to public information, its office address is Unit 1007, Level 10, Cyberport 1, 100 Cyberport Road, Pok Fu Lam  Hong Kong.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, with a sense of mission to strictly safeguard investors' interests, and in accordance with a well-planned schedule, traveled to Hong Kong, China. They conducted an on-site verification of the broker BANDS, which claims to be located at Unit 1007, Level 10, Cyberport 1, 100 Cyberport Road, Pok Fu Lam  Hong Kong.

The on-site inspection personnel successfully arrived at Cyberport Building 1, which is located in the core industrial area of Cyberport in Pok Fu Lam, Hong Kong. The surrounding street environment is bustling, with a very strong commercial atmosphere. The area gathers a large number of enterprises and institutions related to financial technology and digital assets, and the supporting business service facilities are complete. From the exterior of the building, a complete panoramic view of the building can be clearly photographed. The entire building has a brand-new and tidy appearance. The facade adopts a modern commercial building glass curtain wall design, with clear and eye-catching signage and high recognizability.

The on-site inspection personnel entered the first-floor lobby of the building and stated their purpose to the security guard or staff. After a simple visitor registration and communication, they smoothly obtained entry permission and could freely move around the lobby area and take the passenger elevator to the corresponding office floor. After entering the lobby, they could directly see the company directory placed in the corresponding floor guide area. The company name of BANDS is clearly marked on the directory. The relevant signage is set up inside the building, and no relevant brand information is exposed in the external area.

After arriving at the target floor, the 10th floor, the on-site inspection personnel quickly found the office area of BANDS. There is an obvious company sign at the entrance, equipped with a standardized front desk reception area. Because they had not completed an internal visitor appointment in advance, and the security management is strict and standardized, they could not enter the company's internal space. On site, they could clearly photograph the front desk and the front desk LOGO. This office space is not a shared office; it is an exclusive office area used independently by BANDS.

Through the glass door of the office area, one could see the neat front desk furnishings inside. The overall decoration style of the office space is modern business style, which is in line with the office positioning of a regular financial broker. Due to permission restrictions, they could not enter the interior to view more detailed office environment, nor could they count the specific number of rooms and workstations.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it is confirmed that the broker BANDS exists at the above address.
