Process

In this issue, the on-site inspection team went to Hong Kong, China as planned to conduct an on-site visit to forex broker Dukascopy Bank. According to public information, its office address is room 701, 7/f tower 2, silvercord, 30 canton road, tsim sha tsui, kowloon, hong kong.

A professional and experienced team, with a sense of mission to strictly safeguard the interests of investors, according to a well-planned itinerary, traveled to Hong Kong, China. To conduct an on-site verification of the broker Dukascopy Bank claiming to be located at room 701, 7/f tower 2, silvercord, 30 canton road, tsim sha tsui, kowloon, hong kong.

The team successfully arrived at Tower 2 of Silvercord, which is located in the core commercial area of Tsim Sha Tsui, surrounded by numerous shops and office buildings, with a very strong commercial atmosphere.

No company signage or information related to Dukascopy Bank was found on the exterior of the building.

The team entered the lobby on the first floor of the building and explained their purpose to the security guard. After a brief registration and communication, they obtained permission to enter the interior of the building.

After arriving at the target floor, the 7th floor, the team found that the office area of Room 701 had no obvious signage of Dukascopy Bank or related security measures. Since there was no relevant personnel of the company on site to receive them, the team could not enter the interior of Room 701. It was confirmed on site that the office area is not a shared office, and they were also unable to photograph the company's reception desk and the reception desk LOGO.

Through the glass door of Room 701, the team could not observe the internal office environment of the company. The area is completely closed to irrelevant external personnel, and the overall situation does not match the positioning claimed by the broker that it has an office here.

After arrival, it was confirmed to be the address, but no information about the broker was found. Inquiring with the security guard, they were told that there is no such company, and it was judged to be false. Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker Dukascopy Bank does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

On-site inspectors went to Hong Kong, China as planned to conduct an on-site visit to forex broker Dukascopy Bank, and at its publicly displayed business address they could not see the broker's company name or other information, indicating that the broker does not have a real business premises. Investors are advised to make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
