Process

This time, the on-site inspection team went to Japan as planned to visit the forex broker EDF. According to public information, its office address is Cross Office 805 - 807, 1 - 18 - 6 Nishi Shinbashi, Minato - ku, Tokyo 105 - 0003 Japan.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by the mission to strictly screen for investors, followed a meticulous plan and traveled to Japan. They conducted a field verification of the broker EDF, claimed to be located at Cross Office 805 - 807, 1 - 18 - 6 Nishi Shinbashi, Minato - ku, Tokyo 105 - 0003 Japan.

The inspectors successfully arrived at the target building, an office building in central Tokyo with a decent environment, surrounded by a strong commercial atmosphere and bustling streets. However, no logo or relevant information of EDF company was found outside the building.

The inspectors entered the lobby of the building and, after explaining their purpose to the security guard, obtained permission to enter.

However, the information of EDF company was not found on the building's directory board.

Since no corresponding company information was found on the directory board, the specific floor location could not be confirmed. Therefore, they were unable to reach the target floor, could not confirm whether there were obvious signage or security measures in the office area of EDF company, and couldn't enter the interior.

At the same time, they could not take photos of the reception desk or its logo; the office space was not a shared office.

Through the lobby, the internal environment of the company could not be observed, and overall it could not be confirmed whether it matched its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after the inspection, it was confirmed that the broker EDF does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

The inspection team traveled to Japan as planned to conduct an on-site visit to the forex broker EDF. At its publicly displayed business address, the company name and other information of the broker could not be found, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their decisions after comprehensive consideration.
