The site visit personnel successfully arrived at Crown Tower, located on Garden Road in Central Hong Kong, surrounded by a bustling environment and a strong commercial atmosphere.

The site visit personnel entered the building lobby and explained their purpose to the security guard. After communication, they obtained permission to enter. Inside the building, they found the company directory board, where floors 15-17 were all listed as the address for Blackrock.

Since entry required an appointment, the site visit personnel could not reach the target floor and were unable to enter the interior. They could not confirm the signage situation in the office area for Blackrock, nor could they photograph the front desk or logo of Blackrock, but the office was not a shared workspace.

Because they were not allowed entry, through the public area, the site visit personnel could not observe the internal environment of the company, but the overall environment matched its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after the site visit, it was confirmed that the trader Blackrock exists at the aforementioned address.
