TMGM refuses withdrawal. Account has 12,000 USD. Withdrawal of 3,000 USD has been stuck for many days! My TMGM MT4 account ID is 2023247. I submitted a withdrawal request of 1,000 USD on the TMGM platform. The withdrawal request was submitted on September 15. The platform's published rules state that the USD withdrawal review processing time is 24 hours. However, after submission, the order has been stuck in the pending review status. Later, the account manager told me to cancel the withdrawal and re-submit. However, the re-submitted withdrawal of 3,000 USD is also stuck in the pending review status! My account has long completed all real-name verification. Past withdrawals have all been processed normally and arrived successfully. The account trading operations are compliant, with no violations. I have sent multiple emails to contact TMGM official customer service for follow-up. I have not received any approval notification email, nor has the funds arrived. Customer service only informed me that the background is investigating, unable to clearly state the specific reason for the funds being held, and did not give a clear completion time. This constitutes an indefinite delay of withdrawal. Requests: 1. Complete the full withdrawal of this 3,000 USD order as soon as possible, and arrange for the funds to be transferred to my receiving account. 2.
