Never thought I would experience such a thing at TMGM. Over $200,000, a heavy loss. I traded precious metals and crude oil CFDs on TMGM, and the US-Iran incident caused violent fluctuations in oil prices. Through some VIP information and dark pool oil prices, my account made profits during the conflict in the Strait of Hormuz. But TMGM suddenly determined that my trading had issues, refused to pay the $214,213.33 profit, and only expressed willingness to refund my principal. What's even more unacceptable is that TMGM did not provide me with clear, specific, and verifiable evidence to prove the alleged violation. My account is now frozen, and over $200,000 in profit cannot be withdrawn. I sent TMGM some evidence of my trading decisions and three formal complaint emails, requesting them to provide: which specific rule was violated; which orders had issues; what is the basis for refusing to pay the profit. However, as of today, I have not received any substantive reply. What angers me most is that when I opened the account, I always believed I was trading on a broker platform that is regulated in Australia and has an international brand background. It wasn't until my withdrawal was rejected that I discovered the account actually belongs to an offshore entity, Trademax Global Limited. It's a classic bait and switch. Important information such as the entity to which the account belongs, regulatory differences, and the scope of investor protection were not fully disclosed in a way that is easy for Chinese users to understand. For ordinary investors, who could imagine that when you are losing money, everything is normal; but when you make a profit of over $200,000 and are ready to withdraw, you are suddenly told the profit cannot be withdrawn.
