我从 2023 年 11 月 7 号开始入金到现在亏了 4000 美金，当初开户入户的时候我跟那边对接的说好了，是 最大回撤不能超过 700 美金，最大亏损不能超过 700 美金，第一周账户有盈利，第二周账户开始出现了亏损，当亏损超过了 700 美金的时候，我跟那边操作的老师说，也有跟我对接开户的人员说超过了，他们说没事，超过了他们会补给我，当初是说好了 2023年 12 月 7号账户出现了亏损或者是盈利再一起结算，当时账户是有 2 单黄金空单再扛单，我也一再强调，不要去扛单，当黄金拉到了 2092，账户就爆仓了，然后我就去跟那个开户的人说，直接要补我资金 3300美金，亏损 700 美金是当初约定好的，他们就一再拖，说是要 3 个月分批补我，但是我不同意，因为当初说好了是 2023 年 12 月 7 号，我需要用钱。他也答应了要给我，结果现在要分 3 个月给我，我电话一直拨打也不给我消息。这么大的交易商，一个 3300美金都要 3 个月。我也是不敢相信。不一次性给我我只能举报平台，报警处理
