According the deposit application of 2,000 RMB in the account, payment provider should refund 2,000 RMB. However, actually 20,000 RMB was transferred in the account. So the provider's bank account was frozen due to the inconsistent information. At present, the provider is trying to refund the money after its account is unfrozen.
