I submitted the bank statement, and told by tickmill that the money would arrive within 2-4 working days. But I haven't received it for five days. I contacted the platform who passed the buck to the payment provider.

I applied for a withdrawal on June 15, but it has not been received so far. During the period, I contacted the customer service and they asked me to provide the bank statement to prove that the account was not received, and then said it is caused by payer!
