STARTRADER (Xingmai, also known as Aiwei), this platform deducted my normal profit of $13,466.75 for no reason, and hereby complains. First, the platform sent an email (Figure 1), saying that my position is too heavy and I have no ability to manage and control risks, but this far-fetched reason can be used as a reason to deduct my profit and not give money? Second, I last traded more than 1,000 US dollars, traded 2 lots of GBP, and made a profit of 3,378 US dollars (Figure 2). With normal withdrawal, is it a heavy position? When I traded positions twice, the prepayment ratio was not lower than 100%, and the profit was normal, indicating that I had the ability to trade normally. Third, the platform violently interferes with my trading account, prohibits trading (Figure 3 shows the transaction log, the transaction is prohibited), illegally deducts profits, and revokes the account, which is a robbery. In view of the above points, it is strongly requested that the STARTRADER platform return the profit of 13,466.75 US dollars.
