And we had sent the certificate by email on October 18, when the customer contacted us again for the recent 3 months withdrawal proof at FXTM according to bank's requirement. Bank account was suspended in accordance with the bank's checking standard. If the customer thinks that the withdrawal from FXTM led to the suspension of his bank account, please ask him to show the official certification that the withdrawal at FXTM resulted in the bank account frozen, as well as the following information, such as date of money arrival, payer's name and bank account number for further investigation. 10.11号入金，10.12号收到钱以后银行卡马上被冻结，询问客服客服不给予优先，解决导致银行卡知道现在依旧是冻结状态，里面的资金也无法使用，平台目前没有给我任何说法，因为银行卡无法使用导致我贷款逾期，我现在要求对我进行赔偿
