我在10月1日收到XM公司邮件被扣了5美金，我很莫名其妙，然后问客服，是超过90天，每月需要收取5美金账户管理费，XM公司在账户90天到期前并未提醒客户账户将要在什么时候到期，将要收取账户管理费，这是XM公司服务上的缺失，客户对开户的条款不可能逐字逐句的去阅读，是信赖你们公司，你们在做赠金活动经常发邮件提醒，那么关乎账户资金的服务应该是不可缺失的服务，XM未尽提醒义务，我强烈要求退还扣去的5美金。并希望XM公司能完善服务，使客户在XM公司开户交易放心安心！！！
