当时订单盈利将近17美金情况下，我算15美金好了，由于服务器问题，导致盈利单无法平仓，导致订单亏损，对于贵公司的处理事宜，我表示感谢，但并不十分满意，最起码你们应该返还15美金，而不是亏损的2美金！实实在在的是EX的错误，却草草了事，仅仅是执行取消这个订单亏损的，对于交易者来说，我们都是抱着信任的态度，但ex却是这副态度！
