I’ve traded in 111 for over half a year, making a loss of ¥100,000. My account was closed yesterday because I complained about the pending withdrawal without an explanation.
Make forced liquidation because of unable to deposit with deposit channel problem
The customer service sent me the alternative link but it didn’t work, either. I’ve tried over ten times and it still didn’t work. I changed browser and computer but failed. Then they changed the link and said they could open it. It made no sense, I could open the link which you’ve changed too. It’s the third time that there have been some deposit problems.

The settlement can’t be provided by them. A dealing-desk platform. I complain about this company which scams customers for their investments. Investors should be vigilant and don’t invest in this platform.

There is no service for me in Acetop for no reason so I couldn’t add or lock the position. I asked them why, but they can’t explain the reason.
Malicious slippage on DJX on June 15th.
At 10:03, June 15th, there was a severe slippage on DJX in one minute, 150 pips(Max: 25364 and Min 25220). But there was no such fluctuation with other platforms on that morning.
No deposit
I deposited $1200 and $100 respectively. But the platform coveted my $100 and blocked me. It is simply a fraud platform.

1.When you made losses, nothing would happen. As long as you profited, the platform would banned your account inexplicably. 2. The teacher in the livestreaming room would give wrong recommendation. 3. Your position would become liquidation or be closed anytime in wake of random modification on margin and spread.

At that time, many member reflected the problem(the price on the last 2 screenshot are modified), which made me seriously doubt the authenticity of this platform. Without permission, Acetop raised the margin rate on commodity held by clients.
After I placed the order, Acetop raised the margin from 227 to 454 rate inexplicably, putting my order on the edge of liquidation. So shameless!

At 5:00 on Monday, the margin went up from 1% to 3% without noticing clients, leading to forced liquidation at 6:00(the previous margin left on the account was 200% and the platform raised it from 100% to 300%). I was disappointed at such inexplicable behavior.
