I have been trading on this CJC platform and since the 7th of September 2023 I have not been able to withdraw my money worth over 4000 dollars. They have suspended my account for no just reason. The customer care service is non existent...I am no the only one currently experiencing this thing. I had placed withdrawals using my trust wallet, I was denied and I used my Poloniex wallet nothing has happened...It's been over 4 weeks now no response. I have been unable to withdraw my money from this CJC market platform. They have suspended my account for no reason. I have tried withdrawing since the 5th of September 2023. Th experience with this brokerage firm is horrible...I will never advice anyone to do business with them. The customer service never responds to mails. no number to call. please help me.

I have created an account on CJC Markets and ib trading floor always asked me to copy trade for leisure, I refused to agree to copy trade, but when I placed a withdrawal order, the exchange manually copied my account trade into a virtual account that burned my account. my account is not for me to withdraw money, I did not agree to copy trade from the beginning, it is a scam of the exchange, I have contacted the platform, but the platform does not solve it. and this is proof that ib asked me to copy trade I refused, and I placed a withdrawal order, the exchange took me to some virtual copy trade account that spelled my account to prevent me from withdrawing. When I placed a withdrawal order. The platform controlled my mt4 account and put my account in copy trade an account that made almost all the money in the account negative and told me to ask for copytrade, even though I didn't ask for copy trade, even though the support person asked me to copytrade but I did not agree, my money I don't like anyone holding like me from the trade so I refused, and that person let me out of the group and locked all messages mine when I place my withdrawal order. and the exchange forced me into a certain copytrade account, making me negative for most of the account. I had couple of bad experience in the past from other companies. so i came across an advert which i signed up for so i got a call from their reprensentative . I explained my problem to them i told them i had lost alot of money in the past and they promised they were going to put me on a recovery plan so i was asked to make a deposit of 250$ which i did. Afterwards i got a Personal account manager who also told me i need to inсrease my capital so i deposited additional 1000$. we opened couple of trades togethger i made some profit but i lost more till 500$. Now he is asking to invest additional 2k$ which i told him i dont have since then I haven't received a call from him.
