Hello, I am an IB (Introducing Broker) for the FxPro platform. When I opened the account, I was NOT informed​ of the requirement to have 3 active clients​ to activate commission payments. More critically, I was NOT told​ about a rule that resets your total commission to ZERO​ if the accumulated amount over 2 months does not reach $100. I only discovered these hidden terms when I contacted support to request my first commission withdrawal. They then applied what they claim are "notified rules" – the 3-client requirement – and reset my hard-earned commission balance to $0. Crucially, at the time of registration, I received NO email or any official document mentioning these specific conditions.​ This is a deceptive practice to avoid paying partners. Be warned if you consider becoming their IB.

That’s good when I using FxPro, the platform, spread all nice. But when I try to request withdrawal, they keep rejecting without giving any reason. I email to the support email also no response more than 3 days, they keep saying I lack some documents, and don’t tell me what’s it. Even though I submitted phone ownership proof, they also don’t try to call me for verification to let me request withdrawal. I can’t find any one assistance me in live chat, keep telling me to wait.

I just registered and entered my phone number but I didn't receive any calls from FxPro. Shockingly, my account got locked and I received a harsh email accusing me of providing a wrong phone number. After several unanswered attempts to correct this from 2 PM to 7 PM, I received an email from FxPro claiming they couldn't reach me, though I had not missed any calls. I was furious and responded that my account shouldn't be locked due to their failure to contact me. It shocked me how unprofessional and impolite they were. Finally they called, but from two different numbers, which I blocked to save myself from further mishaps with this company. If this is how they treat someone who has not yet deposited money, I can only imagine their behaviour once they have my funds. This was a shocking experience. I hope others learn from this and avoid it. Thanks for reading my post.
