Profitable positions were canceled

I traded on Bitcoin with pending orders using pins. The profit was $3,535. After that, my account was disconnected from trading and after a few hours, all the money was withdrawn, leaving $3.5. They explained that the trades were canceled because the opening/closing of positions was not possible at the market price. Naturally, they sent a letter with an apology. In short, they stupidly robbed my deposit.

Торговал на биткоине отложенным ордерами по шпилькам.Прибыль составила 3535 $.После этого мой счёт отключили от торговли и через несколько часов все деньги сняли,оставив 3,5$.Обьяснили,что сделки были отменены из за того что открытие/закрытие сделок было не по рыночной цене.Есткственно и письмо выслали с извинениями.Короче,тупо обокрали мой депозит.
