Unable to withdraw money

I first withdrew the money on August 26 and failed, saying that my account was frozen and I had to pay to unfreeze it. I handed it in, and the second withdrawal failed again, saying that my bank card number was wrong, which was corrected without charging fees. The withdrawal for the third time still failed for the reason that my account had been frozen before and I can only withdraw cash after paying personal income tax. I realized that this was fraud and decided to call the police.
