They won't let me quit

When they disappeared and they didn't continue giving me signs, I called and got no reply. A new manager answered and I told him that I wanted to quit but he told me that I had to reach the finish line of a lot. One day later, I finished and he didn't let me know. They didn't let me withdraw. They always say they are busy or not in the office they don't answer me what I want is to withdraw my 250 dollars from that broker please help me, down here as you can see I have made many requests to withdraw my money but they won't let me [d83d][de12]

Cuando se desaparecieron y no me siguieron dando señales , llamaba y no me contestaban , hasta que me respondió un nuevo encargado y le dije que quería retirarme pero me habló de que tengo que llegar ala meta de un lotaje , después de día llegué y no me dejan retirarme siempre dicen que están ocupado o no están en la oficina no me responden y lo que quiero es retirar mi 250 dólares de ese broker porfavor ayúdenme , aquí abajo como pueden observar e hecho muchas solicitudes para sacar mi dinero pero no me dejan 😒
