unable to withdraw on proper time

I withdraw on dated 06/06/2023 of my account on V5 forex global but it's shows approved and success on same dated 6/6/2023. but today dated 15/06/2023 but uptill now not received on my deposited account wallet (binance account).sir request humbly to plz release or withdraw (USDT) to my wallet account.if not then strick action against them and for further necessary action taken plz against them.also all screen shots attached it.thanks.
