It is a trap

I did the market operations and the next day everything comes out blank, indicating that I have not made the operations. I called customer support and they teold me that unfortunately everything was lost and that it is not their fault for what happened. Likewise, they tell me that my deposit is $5, and it was not theirs when they were lying. I need a solution, please.

Hice las operaciones del mercado y al día siguiente me sale todo en blanco, indicando que no he hecho las operaciones, llamo al soporte de clientes y me indican que lamentablemente todo se perdió y que no es culpa de ellos lo que ha pasado, así mismo me dicen que mi depósito de 5$, y que no era de ellos cuando lo que estaban haciendo era mentir, exijo por favor una solución
