On Friday, March 26, 2021, the euro spread of my position suddenly widened to more than 15 points. I am a ⅦP customer (with a deposit of 1,000 US dollars). The normal spread is 1.2. The euro cannot be bought at a low level, and my position has also been lost. After the event, the platform email will not be returned, the customer service will not process it
There was no phone call on the station, and no one answered the email. The platform did not deal with the direct loss of my holding. I could not withdraw money. The platform maliciously threatened customers, directly harming the interests of customers and preventing customers from withdrawing money.
