Li Wen, manager of ACY Securities, induced me to trade and made me suffer 700 thousand yuan loss and then disappeared. ACY Securities banned my account inexplicably.
In December, 2018, Li Wen, who claimed to be the manager of ACY Securities, added me and induced me to open an account in their platform. During the trading, I made losses more than profits. Then I didn’t trade for a long time. Seeing this, Li induced me to continue to trade with bonus and modified my account into agent model, committing me $2 commission off per $6 service charge. Thus, I continued trading, making constant losses. At that time, Li was out of contact. When I reflected it to ACY Securities , it ignored my problem and even banned my account. 2 days later, the customer service replied that only by completing a series of operations, can I unfreeze the account. I haven’t violated any trading rules, while ACY Securities banned my account. Having this be on exposure, I require ACY Securities to compensate me.

ACY 稀万证券客户经理诱导到其平台开户，并且指导我操作导致我亏损70万人名币，后续联系不上该此人，ACY稀万证券却无缘无故封停我的帐号。
我在2018.12月份微信上突然有人加我，自称名叫李文是ACY稀万证券的客户经理。跟我介绍该平台手续费滴，成本低，并且后期会提示行情，并且指导操作。在此引诱下，我便在他的指导下在ACY稀万证券开户了。自从开户以来，基本上指导操作都是亏多赢少，后面一段时间我不打算做了，但是后面见我操作次数减少，又利用平台活动充值金额达到多少数量以后赠送金额，并且将我的帐号更改为代理模式，我每次操作单笔手续费是6美金，然后承若我每手返我2美金给我。就是这样，在他的引诱下继续操作了至2020.3月 在他的指导下亏损了太多，然后我便联系此人，就再次联系不上。我便向ACY稀万证券去反映此事，该平台不但不解决问题，并且还无缘无故封我的帐号，后面我在平台在线客服，QQ客服，邮件均不回复我的。后面过了两天回复我邮件，让我解封帐号等一系列的操作之后才能解封。让我自己承若都是自己第一我没有在平台上有过任何的违规交易策越，反之却是平台的开户经理一系列的带单指导操作，然后平台封我的帐号。在此我要曝光ACY稀万证券黑暗的一面 ，要求赔偿我的损失，

On April 21st, after I closed the position on crude oil, ALPHA TRADEX dealt my order at -1.178, causing forced liquidation. Later, it even canceled my account. Having this be on exposure, I hope ALPHA TRADEX give me an explanation.
