Unable to withdraw

I traded crude oil in ACY . On March 9th, I applied for the withdrawal, which it yet to be received yet. When I logged in to the platform again, my account was disabled. When I inquired the account manager, he said that I had violated the Australian law. How could? Having negotiated with ACY , I was asked to post the material(on the following pic) to Australia. I come form Hubei. Now all relevant departments are closed cuz of the coronovirus. Before trading, the account manager said there is no limitation. So it is a simply scam platform.

我在ACY稀万证券做原油交易，3月9早上申请出金，平台对我的出金已认可（有回邮件），可现在迟迟未见资金到帐。再次登录后台时，发现我的帐号已经无法登录上去，之后联系客户经理，他说平台已把我的帐号给封了，并且不让出金，理由是我违反了他们平台的交易规则。在我再三追问下说我违反了澳洲的交易法（有邮件为证）我只是在他们平台做笔单了怎么就违反了澳洲的法律呢！！！况且我在他们平台做了几个月之前从未听说过有什么问题或法律（截图为证）在我再三和ACY稀万证卷交涉后，他们让我（请看截图）让邮寄到澳洲还不能电邮我是湖北的湖北的是疫情的重灾区所有的部门都不开门我能去那里搞他们要的资料呀！做交易之前我与他们的平台客服聊过，询问平台有没有什么交易限制，客服经理明确地回答我没有任何限制。所以我有理由相信这是一个黑平台。客户的资金安全得不到保障，封客户的账号，是为了不让客户出金
