Unable to withdraw

I traded crude oil in ACY . On March 9th, I applied for the withdrawal, which it yet to be received yet. When I logged in to the platform again, my account was disabled. When I inquired the account manager, he said that I had violated the Australian law. How could? Having negotiated with ACY , I was asked to post the substantial material(on the following pic) to Australia. Before trading, the account manager said there is no limitation. So it is a simply scam platform which gives no access to fund. Hope WikiFX help me safeguard my rights and have it exposed. Take heed on it.

我在ACY稀万证券做原油交易 3月9早上申请出金平台对我的出金已认可（邮件为证）可是迟迟未见资金到帐再次登录后台时发现我的帐号已经无法登录上去之后联系客户经理他说平台已把我的帐号给封了并且不让出金理由是我违反了他们平台的交易规则在我再三追问下说我违反了澳洲的交易法（截图2）做笔单了怎么就违反了澳洲的法律呢！！！况且我在他们平台以做了几个月之前从未听说过有什么问题或法律（截图为证）在我再三和ACY稀万证卷交涉后他们让我（请看截图3）邮寄到澳洲还不能电邮做交易之前我与他们的平台客服聊过询问平台有没有什么交易限制客服经理明确地回答我没有任何限制所以我有理由相信这是一个黑平台客户的资金安全得不到保障封客户的账号是为了不让客户出金所以我希望我们正义的天眼外汇平台帮我一起维权追回自己应得的资金顺便曝光一下这个黑平台提醒一下后面一些朋友远离这种黑平台
