China Financial Futures Exchange Co. Ltd. (CFFEX), established with the approval of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China and the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), is an incorporated exchange specializing in providing trading and clearing services for financial futures, options and other derivatives. On September 8, 2006, CFFEX was established in Shanghai by Shanghai Futures Exchange, Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange, Dalian Commodity Exchange, Shanghai Stock Exchange, and Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The establishment of CFFEX and development of China’s financial futures market bear great strategic significance on deepening the financial market reform, enhancing the financial system, facilitating the robust functioning of the financial market and adapting to the new normal of economic development.

Basic Information & Regulation of Guosen Futures
Guosen Futures Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guoxin Securities Company Limited (stock code 002736), headquartered in Shanghai, and is a member of the China Futures Industry Association, a director of the Shanghai Futures Exchange, and a clearing member of the China Financial Futures Exchange. After more than ten years of development, Guosen Futures has rapidly grown into a large professional futures company in China, with comprehensive strength ranking among the top ten in the industry. The network of Guosen Futures covers major cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Hangzhou. It has IB business outlets provided by more than 100 business departments of Guoxin Securities in major cities across China.
Products & Services of Guosen Futures
Guosen Futures insists on the service concept of “faith-based, turning stones into gold” and provides investors with professional futures research, investment consulting, and asset management services, forming a variety of research services under the brand name of energy chemicals, covering gold, steel, agricultural products, and other varieties, as well as risk management consulting special training, hedging, and arbitrage. Trading Software of Guosen Futures
Guosen Futures provides investors with a variety of trading software to meet a wide range of user needs, mainly Guoxin JinDotong (cell phone version, a cell phone version of the software that integrates cell phone account opening, trading, market analysis, and various types of information; supports futures, options trading, and bank transfer functions), Guoxin Futures CTP-Bo YiYun trading version, Guoxin Futures CTP-Esun Extreme Star 9.5, Guosen Futures CTP-Fast Futures V3 client, Guosen Futures Wing Chun (supports options), EaseUS trading software, Extreme Intelligence Quantitative, Culture Winshun WH6, Pyramid Decision Trading Software, etc.
Deposit and Withdrawal of Guosen Futures
Guosen Futures supports traders to deposit and withdraw funds to and from their investment accounts through bank transfer, internet banking transfer, and counter transfer. The silver transfer is a way to transfer funds between the customer's bank account (futures settlement account) and the futures company's bank account (futures margin special account) in the same name and in real-time. At present, the main banks that are open for bank transfer are ICBC, Agricultural Bank of China, Bank of China, CCB, Pudong Development Bank, China Merchants Bank, etc. Guosen Futures stipulates that the maximum daily withdrawal limit is 5 million RMB and the maximum single transfer limit is 5 million RMB; the number of withdrawals cannot exceed 3 times per day, and the withdrawal ratio is 80% of the available funds when the customer has a position. For withdrawals exceeding 5 million RMB, an appointment must be made one trading day in advance by phone or fax.
