GENERAL INFORMATION AND REGULATION

KapitalTrade claims to be a Europe-based broker that offers forex, indices, shares and cryptocurrency trading. But its very easy to uncover that this is just another anonymous website set up to scam you out of your money.

KapitalTrade is not a genuine broker and you should stay away from it. Legitimate brokers are required to provide clear and detailed information on their websites about what licences they hold and what regulatory regimes they are subject to. The KapitalTrade website is completely lacking such information.

MARKET INSTRUMENT

One thing we can say good about Kapital Trade broker is its diversity of assets. The broker offers trading with:

• Currency pairs – EUR/USD, CHF/USD, ZAR/USD

• Commodities – gold, silver, oil

• Shares – Amazon, Facebook, Google

• Indices – NASDAQ, S&P500, CAC40

• Cryptocurrencies – BTC, ETH, XRP

However, the leverage given for these assets goes up to 1:500, which is about 17 times more than regulated companies are allowed to provide. The more leverage you have, the higher the risk is for your funds.

ACCOUNT AND LEVERAGE

They offer leverage of up to 1:500 on a single standard account, which alone serves as proof that the broker is illegitimate. Such levels are no longer allowed in major forex hubs like the UK, US, and Australia because of the risk they pose to retail investors.

As for the minimum deposit required We dont know about that. Take note, however, that there are minimum withdrawal amounts – 200 USD/EUR via credit card, and 500 USD/EUR via bank wire.

SPREADS AND COMMISSIONS

As per the broker‘s presentation, spreads on majors start from 2.0 pips on Standard accounts, which isn’t an attractive offer. Besides, we cannot confirm this information.

TRADING PLATFORM AVAILABLE

Our research showed that there are two Kapital Trade trading platforms – MT5 and a Web trader. Clients can choose the most convenient option at any given moment.

WebTrader

Web trader might be a choice for those who prefer logging into a trading account via the web instead of using an app. However, note that this kind of software is less secure as its created directly by the broker. And, of course, it has way fewer charts and indicators than MT4 or MT5.

Kapital Trade MT5 Platform

On the other hand, if you prefer to have an app on your desktop, you can install MT5. Its a platform that can easily brag about having the most indicators and EAs, as well as other functions such as one-click trading and 9 time-frames.

DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAWAL

As stated, the KapitalTrade does not specify a minimum deposit amount. In the deposit menu the only option available is bank transfer, but this only allows you to enter your own bank details and send a request to KapitalTrade.

Legitimate brokers typically offer clients a wide choice of transparent payment methods, including bank transfer, credit/debit cards and established e-wallets such as Skrill, Neteller or UnionPay.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

To contact the Broker or their Customer support agent, user only have one option which is through email, no phone number or other means of contacting.
