CFS Management (CFS) is a wealth management organization based in London that was created in 1994. The Financial Conduct Authority (“FCA”) of the United Kingdom granted the firm regulatory approval in 1995, and it has been regulated since then.

CFS has been offering innovative financial and investment solutions to its clients for over two decades. The firm is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (Ref No 171480) and registered in England and Wales with company registration number 02960433. CFSs team consists of internal and external experts in wealth structuring & planning, corporate & private fund raising, private equity & alternative investments, investment advisory, fund management and legal assistance. CFS Management offers a variety of investment management services, catering for retail, professional, intermediary and corporate investors. These range from execution only, advisory and discretionary management, a wide range of wealth management services.

Execution-Only \sService

Clients can request CFS to buy or sell investments on their behalf on an execution-only basis using their execution-only service. This means that CFS will carry out transactions as instructed by the client, without offering advise or making personal recommendations on any particular transaction or the overall makeup of the client's portfolio.

Advisory Service for Investors

The financial consulting service advises clients on investment decisions (such as buying, selling, or keeping investments) as well as the exercise of any rights users may have in connection to the cash and investments in their account (s)

Service of Discretionary Investment Management

Their discretionary investment management solution allows CFS to manage cash and investments in a client's account(s) on a discretionary basis in order to meet the client's investment goals. Discretionary Investment Management Service is handled in-house, with no third-party funds involved.
