The online customer service of Huixin Gold Industry Software replied that the software is Anton Global. After the customer explained the situation, the online customer service said it was a misunderstanding and that the company is Huixin Gold Industry (see attached chat screenshot). I am a customer who was deceived by Huixin Gold Industry. The platform froze my account without reason, preventing me from withdrawing funds. The platform refused to address the issue. When I inquired with the online customer service, they saw my account and immediately stopped responding and closed the conversation. I hope everyone stays vigilant and avoids being scammed! Anton Global and Huixin Gold belong to the same company, with identical customer service phone numbers and call center staff, yet both platforms refuse to acknowledge any relationship. An account registered on one platform can be used simultaneously on the other. Initially, both platforms allowed normal withdrawals. However, after large deposits, if you lose money, you can continue trading, but if you profit, the platform will freeze your account without reason, blocking withdrawals and citing pending "relevant department" processing. My case has been stuck for a month with no way to contact the platform, suggesting a possible exit scam.

Anton Global Investment Platform is a fraudulent company. The company lures customers to deposit funds through bonuses and other means. Initially, customers may make profits, but when they start trading with large amounts, the company manipulates the trades to cause losses. The customer registered an account on the Huixin Gold platform. Due to platform issues, they suffered significant losses. When seeking resolution from the platform, it promised to handle the matter but has since been evading responsibility. Later, it was gradually discovered that Anton Global and Huixin Gold might be the same company. Huixin Gold froze the customer's account, even though the customer never registered with Anton Global—yet their account was also shown as frozen! It was further revealed that the customer service phone numbers and online support for both Anton Global and Huixin Gold are handled by the same people. However, both companies refuse to acknowledge any connection. The massive losses cannot be recovered. We hope the public avoids falling victim to this scam. Initially, the platform may let you earn money, but after some time, it traps you and ultimately causes huge losses! The company is also unregulated, making recovery impossible. The platform may even disappear—do not be deceived again!
