On September 7th I requested a withdrawal from my account of $904 dollars. Today Wednesday, September 9th at 1:59 pm I received a call from one of the agents to tell me that I had to do some operations to recover the ones I had in loss for approximately $200 dollars. We did 2 operations and he told me that we were going to wait for them to develop and that he was going to call me again today. It's 5:05 pm, less than 3 hours, and most of my account balance has disappeared, from $1125 dollars to $7 dollars. After all, I want to see this as something positive, because they insisted that I make a new investment of at least $2000 dollars and without saying it, I did not want to do it because I already had distrust; if I had done it, that amount and the possible profits would also have disappeared. They did this even being regulated. WHAT ELSE WOULD THEY DO IF THEY WERE NOT REGULATED?

I am filing this complaint against NAGA Capital for unjustified refusal to process withdrawals. My account was a Hedging account and traded normally for weeks. All trades were accepted, executed, and settled without warnings, restrictions, or violation notices. After profits were generated, all withdrawal requests were rejected and funds were returned to the trading account without explanation. NAGA Capital then: Terminated the account Alleged “market abuse” without technical or trade-level evidence Offered a partial USD 4,000 settlement, which I rejected Continued blocking full withdrawals while the balance remained visible Facts: Hedging was enabled and permitted No warnings or investigations during trading Previous withdrawals were successful No execution logs or latency data provided Current status: Balance: USD 12,680 Withdrawals rejected Funds blocked without justification

I’m writing this review to warn others about what I experienced with NAGA, a company that claims to be a regulated trading platform but has shown nothing but dishonesty and unethical behavior. I had a verified trading account with NAGA, and after successful trading activity, I accumulated profits of over $80,000. When I submitted a withdrawal request, my account was suddenly restricted without any explanation. I reached out directly to NAGA’s CEO, Octavian Patrascu, and explained my situation in detail. Instead of helping me or escalating the issue, he blocked me – a shocking and unprofessional response from someone leading a supposedly regulated company. Customer support was no better. They kept spinning vague excuses and trying to justify withholding my profits, even though I never saw, accepted, or signed any bonus terms and conditions. These so-called rules were never displayed at registration or anywhere in my account.

they removed my balance for 59,800 USD without any official reason, just because they said your bouns which it's for 1800 usd has been expired!! BTW there is no terms and conditions once I registered and I didn't request a bouns from them

I can say that NAGA offers a solid trading experience, It is truly a NEXT LEVEL trading platform! But I do experience delays that should be improved for smoother trades.

Silver account is for just $3k instead of $5k - bargain!

The reason why I joined the naga broker is because they offer real stocks for investing in different top-companies all over the world. They provide access to more than 10 international exchanges and the diversity of stocks is really huge. I already was making good profits a few times here and withdrawing money, it was a great experience to be honest. I have not had any serious problems, so that’s why I trust them 100%.

I decided to go larger this time and deposited $5k. But, this was worth venture to invest money to, as I`ve already gotten the impact of favourable conditions accounts. For this account, Naga has not only the tighter spreads, but also chance to earn more from copy trading. I don`t have too much followers at the moment, but hopefully someday I`ll be in the leaderboard.

Even with the recent discount, a Bronze account is still unailavailable to me. No problem. I am an IRON iser. It still gives yu fair conditions with spread and copy trading fee. I appreciate the speed of everything here, including even withdrawal.

Despite trading with NAGA copy trading, I found it necessary to educate myself. The articles could be longer, but understanding basic indicators is enough.

That said, I am always thinking if I can afford indices trading. Platform is good. It’s all about your investments and opportunities, Sometimes, you need a high deposit to start with certain tools with any broker though. Just because indices are indices and stock are stock
