The customer service team is also responsive and can respond to customer questions and needs in a timely manner.

Unexpectedly, large trading volumes are required to use its zero-commission account. I want to leave but they refused and kept asking me to put more money. Jesus!

I've had enough of CFI's sluggish customer service in handling issues. No longer considering them.
