誤って実行されたトレーリングストップ後のサポートなし

4月20日に以前はポジティブなAUDCADショートトレードがあった後、4月22日に誤ったトレーリングストップが実行されました（写真を参照）。問題は数時間後に報告されましたが、残念ながらこれまでのところ肯定的なフィードバックはありませんでした。結果として生じる損害は現在約600ユーロにのぼります。私は数年間取引しており、このエラーパターンは珍しいことではありませんが、他のブローカーは間違ったシグナルを修正します（数分以内に開始価格にリセット）、取引は軌道に戻ります。株式市場では毎分が重要であり、そのような貧弱なサポートは信頼の裏切りです。

No support after misexecuted trailing stop

After a previously positive AUDCAD short trade on April 20th, a faulty trailing stop was executed on April 22nd (see photo). The problem was reported a few hours later, unfortunately without positive feedback so far.The resulting damage currently amounts to around 600 euros.I've been trading for several years and this error pattern is not uncommon, but other brokers fix the wrong signal (reset to start price) within minutes and the trade is back on track. Every minute counts in the stock market andsuch poor support is a betrayal of trust.
