However, I noticed that they do not support stocks, cryptocurrencies, bonds, options, or ETFs, which might limit the opportunities for those who want to diversify their portfolio across different asset classes.
The minimum deposit to start trading with CloverGate Capital is just $5, which, in my opinion, is very low and accessible to most people, especially those who are just starting out in trading. This low entry barrier is one of the platform's main selling points for me, as it allows me to try out the platform without committing a lot of money upfront.
CloverGate Capital has a good reputation when it comes to fees, as they do not charge anything for deposits or withdrawals, which I find quite appealing. The spreads start from 0.9 pips, which is relatively tight, but I would still recommend keeping an eye out for hidden costs that could appear elsewhere, like slippage. However, they don’t provide information about inactivity fees or other potential charges, which leaves some uncertainties for me.
Considering that CloverGate Capital is unregulated and only holds an exceeded MISA license, I would hesitate to trade with them. In my view, a lack of valid regulation means there's less protection for my funds. Without an active regulatory body watching over the platform, I personally wouldn’t feel comfortable with the added risks that come with trading here.
