Process

The on-site inspection team visited the forex broker NOVA CHAINPRO in Hong Kong, China, as planned. According to public information, its office address is 200 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, with the mission of strictly safeguarding investors, followed a well-planned schedule and traveled to Hong Kong, China. They conducted an on-site verification of the broker NOVA CHAINPRO claimed to be located there.

The on-site inspectors arrived smoothly at the target building, which is located in the bustling Wan Chai area of Hong Kong, with a clean and prosperous surrounding environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no signage or relevant information of the company was found outside the building.

The on-site inspectors entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security guard. After friendly communication, they were granted entry permission.

Upon arriving at the target floor, it was found that the office area of NOVA CHAINPRO had no obvious signage or security measures. Since no signs of the company's existence were found, the on-site inspectors were unable to enter the interior. Moreover, they could not photograph the front desk and its logo, and the office area was not a shared office.

During the inspection, based on actual observations, after arriving it was confirmed that it was the address, but no information about the broker was found. The security guard was also asked and said there was no such company, so it was judged to be false. Looking through the glass door, the company's internal environment and other details could not be seen.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that broker NOVA CHAINPRO does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

The on-site surveyor went to Hong Kong, China as planned to visit forex dealer NOVA CHAINPRO. However, the company name or other information of the dealer could not be seen at its publicly displayed business address, indicating that the dealer does not have a real business premises. Investors are advised to make their decisions after comprehensive consideration.
