Yamani Japan Verified: No Physical Presence Found

Purpose
The Japanese foreign exchange market is an important international forex market that developed after World War II. It is characterized by large trading volumes and flexible trading hours, and holds a significant position in the Asian and even global foreign exchange markets. In order to help investors and practitioners gain a more comprehensive understanding of forex dealers in the region, the field survey team visited Japan for an on-site inspection.
Process
In this issue, the field inspection team plans to visit Japan to conduct an on-site inspection of forex broker Yamani. According to public information, its office address is 4-1 Kabutocho, Nihonbashi, Chuo-ku, Tokyo.
A professional and experienced site visit team, with a mission to strictly screen for investors, traveled to Japan according to a meticulous plan. They conducted an on-site verification of the broker Yamani claiming to be located at 4-1, Nihonbashi Kabutocho, Chuo-ku, Tokyo.
The site visit team successfully arrived at the target building. The building is located next to a small Western-style building in the financial district of downtown Tokyo, right next to the Tokyo Stock Exchange. The surrounding area is bustling with a strong commercial atmosphere. The entire building is owned by the company, and the company's sign can be clearly seen from outside the building.
The site visit team attempted to enter the building but was not granted permission to enter. Nonetheless, the team was able to reach the specific floor and confirm the exact location.
After arriving at the target floor, the site visit team found that the office area of Yamani had clear signage. Due to not being granted entry permission, the team could not enter the interior, but was able to take photos of the reception desk and its logo, and the office is not a shared office.
Through the glass door, the site visit team observed that the company's interior environment was bustling, and the overall environment seemed to match its claimed positioning. However, after further verification, it was found that the actual situation did not match the site visit form, and the office actually does not exist.
Therefore, after the site visit, it was confirmed that the broker Yamani does not exist at the above address.
Conclusion
The field surveyors went to Japan as planned to conduct an on-site visit to forex broker Yamani. At its publicly displayed business address, they were unable to see the broker's actual office environment, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine place of business. Investors are advised to make their decision after comprehensive consideration.
