Process

In this issue, the visit team went to Hong Kong, China as planned to conduct an on-site visit to the forex broker Ethtro. According to public information, its office address is RM 502C,5/F,HKC CTR,2-16 Fa YuenST,Mkok,Kow,HK.

A professional and experienced visit team, with a sense of mission to strictly safeguard investors, went to Hong Kong, China, according to a well-planned schedule. They conducted an on-site verification of the broker Ethtro claiming to be located at RM 502C,5/F,HKC CTR,2-16 Fa YuenST,Mkok,Kow,HK.

The on-site inspection team successfully arrived at HKC CTR Building, which is located in the core block of Mongkok, with many shops around, a large daily flow of people, and a very strong commercial atmosphere.

During the entire exterior inspection of the building, no company signage or related promotional information with the words Ethtro was found. Only a complete panoramic view of the building's exterior was taken.

The on-site inspection team entered the lobby on the first floor of the building and explained their purpose to the security guard. After a simple visitor registration, they successfully obtained permission to enter the building.

After arriving at the target floor, the 5th floor, the on-site inspection team checked all office units on the floor one by one and found no obvious signage or exclusive security measures for the office area of Ethtro. Because the door lock of the unit corresponding to the address was closed, they could not enter. During the entire verification process, it was impossible to photograph the broker's reception desk and the LOGO on the reception desk, and the premises were not a shared office.

Through the gap in the unit door, it was impossible to observe the company's internal office environment. The relevant area was completely closed to the public, and the overall situation was completely inconsistent with the broker's claimed positioning of operating here.

Upon arrival, it was confirmed that it was the address, but no information about the broker was found. The security guard was asked and said that there was no such company, so it was judged to be false. Therefore, after the visit, it was confirmed that the broker Ethtro did not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

At the business address publicly displayed by the broker, they could not see information such as the company name, indicating that the broker does not have real business premises. Investors are advised to make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
