Process

This on-site inspection team went to Indonesia as planned to visit the forex broker Kranken Fx. According to public information, its office address is Satrio Tower 16th Floor, Jl. Prof Dr Satrio Kuningan, Jakarta.

A professional and experienced on-site verification team, driven by a sense of mission to strictly safeguard investors, followed a meticulous plan and traveled to Indonesia to conduct an on-site verification of the broker Kranken Fx, which claims to be located at the above address.

The verification personnel arrived at Satrio Tower. It is in the downtown area of Indonesia, with a bustling surrounding environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. It is a super-luxury office building, but no company signage or related information for Kranken Fx was found on the exterior of the building.

The verification personnel entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security guard. After communication, they obtained permission to enter. On the internal directory board of the building, there was no information for this company.

The verification personnel discovered that the floor was a shared office space. Due to not having an appointment, the verification personnel could not reach the 16th floor and confirm the situation of Kranken Fx's office area. Furthermore, the verification personnel were unable to photograph Kranken Fx's reception area or logo.

From the lobby area, and being unable to go upstairs, the verification personnel could not observe the internal environment, style of decoration or employee activities of the company.

Therefore, after the on-site verification, it was confirmed that the broker Kranken Fx does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

The on-site inspectors visited the foreign exchange broker Kranken Fx in Indonesia as planned, but could not see any information such as the company name of the broker at its publicly displayed business address, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choices after comprehensive consideration.
