Process

The on-site inspection team visited the forex broker MISL in Hong Kong, China as scheduled. According to public information, its office address is Room 1605, Star House, 3 Salisbury Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously safeguard investors' interests, meticulously planned and traveled to Hong Kong, China, to conduct an on-site verification of the trader MISL claiming to be located at Room 1605, Star House, 3 Salisbury Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

The inspector successfully arrived at Star House, located on Salisbury Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong. The surrounding area is bustling with a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no company signage or related information for MISL was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspector entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security personnel. After a brief communication, they obtained permission to enter the building. Inside the building, only the logos of other companies were visible on the directory board.

Upon arriving at the target floor, the 16th floor, the field investigator found that the office area of MISL had no clear signage or security measures. Due to the absence of any traces of the company, the investigator was unable to enter the premises. Additionally, it was not possible to photograph the reception area or its logo, and the office was not a shared workspace.

Through the doorway, the surveyor was unable to observe the internal environment of the company due to the inability to enter. Upon arrival, there were no traces of the company, casting doubt on its authenticity.

Therefore, after on-site verification, it is confirmed that the dealer MISL does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

The inspection team visited the foreign exchange dealer MISL at its publicly displayed business address in Hong Kong, China as planned, but found no information such as the company name of the dealer, indicating that the dealer does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choices after comprehensive consideration.
